A cheerful young man that enjoys cooking but most of all, he enjoys satisfying his guests. He takes a great deal of care in intricately presenting his gourmet lunches and dinners. Nikos is an exceptional Greek cuisine cook, though he enjoys cooking other cuisines too. He is also a keen fisherman so one must not miss out on the fresh seafood caught and cooked in his own particular way.
