Captain - Ennalls Berle - American - Age 47
Captain Ennalls hails from Newport, Rhode Island. His many interests include theater, history, teaching, mountaineering, skiing, writing, racket sports, and backgammon…one of his greatest interests, sailing, became a profession when Alex, his younger sister showed him the ropes of the yachting trade and got him his first job. He has since earned a Masters 3000 ITC Ton Oceans license and sailed numerous sailing and power yachts for both private and charter use. He has sailed the entire Eastern and Western seaboard of the US, Canada and Mexico, the Bahamas and Caribbean islands, Western and Eastern Mediterranean, and in areas of South East Asia. Some previous vessels Ennalls has sailed include the 158’ Perini Navi LEGACY, 114’ M/Y CELEBRATION, 110’ S/Y SEQ QUELL, and 100’ S/Y C’EST LA VIE.
Captain Ennalls has a great enthusiasm and passion for providing a high level of service to charter guests, ensuring their expectations are recognized and fulfilled to the highest of standards.
First Mate- Ben Cole- American- Age 33
Ben hails from a small resort town in Northern Lower Michigan. His love of boating began on the Great Lakes and other small inland lakes in the area. He gained a strong background in the hospitality industry working at numerous restaurants, country clubs and hotels. Ben used to support his hobby of skiing as a sales representative for a well-known alpine ski company. He now enjoys photography, kayaking, and watching sunsets from the beach with his Wife, Hayley. He is an accomplished yachtsman, having achieved his USCG 100ton Master and 200ton Mate Licenses and is working towards furthering his professional career. Ben has been cruising and working in the private yacht industry since 2003.
Chef - Eric Hallouin - French - Age 37
Eric has over 20 years of experience, with a very strong background in French cuisine. He has formal culinary training, obtained in Paris. He has a passion for food, and being creative in its preparation and presentation. Prior to working on yachts, he worked in various restaurants in Paris and London. During this time he worked for 7 years as a director of table and banquet operations. This experience not only allowed him to broaden his creative flair, but it also gave him great organizational skills, which is essential for any successful chef. In 2005 Eric embarked on his career in yachting. Since then he has worked on such yachts as M/Y Pegasus, M/Y Sea Jewel, M/Y Starship, and M/Y Malibu.
Engineer – Mitrea Tudorel ‐ Romanian‐ Age 38
Mitrea “Doru” was born and raised in Romania. Mitrea studied engineering at Marine University of Constanta in Romania, where he achieved his degree in 1995. He then
started his engineering career on commercial vessels. After 12 years of commercial experience, he took his knowledge and experience to yachting in 2007. When Mitrea is not bust working or rebuilding something, he enjoys reading, home building, traveling and spending time with his family and friends.
Deckhand- Matt Limbrick- British- Age 27
Matt hails from Gloucester, England. Having spent 4 ½ years serving as a Royal Marines Commando and 3 years as a carpenter, Matt and his wife Zoe decided to escape the rain and cold weather for a life in the sun and on the sea. Matt is an avid Rugby player and is a qualified Snowboard instructor so loves being outdoors. The life of a deckhand is suiting Matt very well so far as he is eager to learn and keen to get involved in all the activities and watersports onboard.
Chief Stewardess- Hayley Cole- South African- Age 30
Hayley was born in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. She attended the Hotel and Catering School in Cape Town for an intense three-year training course to master all aspects of the hospitality industry. Hayley successfully completed this course, including Silver Service. After coming to the United States in 2002 to work in the food and beverage department at Vail Resorts, and at the famous Two Elks Lodge, she joined the yachting industry where she has worked as a Stewardess and a Chef. She was most recently featured as the “Stewardess of the Month” for Nov/Dec 09 in Yacht Essentials” Magazine. Hayley is an enthusiastic and professional individual with a keen eye for detail and quiet skilled service, eager to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
3rd Stewardess- Zoe Limbrick- British- Age 24
Zoe (another Brit) has been in the care industry for 5 years, working with learning disabilities. She is now looking for a life on the sea, with her approachable manner and hospitality experience setting her on course to become a great stew! Zoe has many hidden talents, including being a qualified Indian Head Massage Therapist. In her free time, Zoe loves to explore new places but is equally happy lying on a beach sunning herself.
