Chef Richard Boxell - Australia
My family moved between the UK and Australia several times before finally settling down in Perth Western Australia. After a 4 year apprenticeship in several of Perth’s 5 star hotels and fine dinning restaurants I embarked on my first Asian travel experience which lasted over a year. This truly gave me my passion for travel and my taste for international cuisine.
Since then Richard has built, owned and operated two of his own restaurants and has worked as a chef in many places around the globe. Five years ago he eventually came back to his passion of travel and decided to be a yacht chef.
