We loved getting to snorkel, dive glide, tube, and knee board. We really appreciate you Carlos, sizing us for our gear, taking us everywhere in the dinghy, and being so willing to do water sports with us. We of course loved Happy Hour at Carlos's Drinkery! Katie loved the hammocks and she really appreciated you pulling those out for her (and not leaving her stranded out over the water!) :-) Maribel, we can't even begin to tell you how much we loved the food. You continually awed us with every meal! One of Katie's favorites was the fried Mahi-Mahi and the pasta with Italian sausage. I loved the surf and turf on New Year's Eve and especially enjoyed the meal last night with asparagus, scallops, steak and pasta. We had such a great week with you both. We enjoyed spending Thanksgiving with you. Our trip was first rate. Our favorite spots included: The Baths, Bitter End Yacht Club, (especially jumping off the dock) and Francis Bay. Andrew, you could not have picked a better vessel for us for our first experience. Comment on the comfort onboard Sea Chateau: This boat was more than comfortable. It was luxurious. From the sheets to the mattress to the towels. Comment on the condition of Sea Chateau: This is a brand new boat. They take immense pride in their home and it shows. Nothing was moldy or had an odor. Every thing was shined and polished. I can’t say anything negative about the condition of the boat or the amenities on board. Comment on the cleanliness of Sea Chateau: See above Comment on the congeniality of the Captain and crew: Carlos and Maribelle are two of the best people I know. I don’t know any one who works harder from sun up to bedtime than Maribelle. I don’t know two people who’s life mission it is to please others like these two lovely amazing people. Comment on the service of the Captain and crew: They both made sure we were comfortable, had drinks and food to fill at all times. What ever we needed or wanted we had. Comment on the fun aspect of the Captain and crew: See above Comment on the expertise of the Captain and crew: The weather was a bit iffy for us..but that didn’t stop Carlos from finding the best moorings for us. We saw all we wanted to see and got amazing tans. The seas were quite unruly at times but Carlos got us where we needed to be safely. There was NEVER a time we didn’t feel safe. He went above and beyond making our dreams come true. Comment on the quality of your meals: The quality of the meals were triple diamond/5 star caliber. Every single one. We have a gluten intolerance and Maribelle took such care in preparing the most delectable meals. The presentation was beautiful every night...it was served with love and precision...we truly got to see “how the other half” lives.
