Please note that, in addition to the all-inclusive charter rate, a small Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) of 5% applies to
cover external expenses not included in the package, such as port fees, local taxes, cruising permits and similar third-party
charges. This APA is fully accounted for at the end of the charter and any unused amount is refunded to the charterer.
