By accessing or using the CYA API, you agree to comply with this Policy, our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any additional agreements governing API access.
The CYA API is provided to allow authorized users and subscribers to display and utilize yacht listing information, broker information, charter information, media, and related content within approved applications and websites.
The API is intended to facilitate legitimate yacht marketing, brokerage, charter, and marine industry activities.
Subject to compliance with this Policy and any applicable subscription agreement, Central Yacht Agent grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the API solely for approved business purposes.
